Vibrant Village ™

I've had truly great friends - over so many years
They each brought such joy - and some a few tears
Real "pals" who were there - when life dipped a bit
They would simply appear - and be an up-lifting hit

Each of our lives became quite closely entwined
While even beyond - there are still ties that bind
Now yet in my mind - each one's image prevails

I can imagine I see - them all wagging their tails...
